One Friday night Alexis and Zack spent the night at Grandma and Granddaddys and went to the Garage Sales early Saturday morning. When I went to pick them up Zack told me that he got a new four wheeler for $5. I just figured it was some sort of new toy or something. Boy was I wrong!!! He found a Peg Perego Polaris 4 wheeler. These things go between $300-$500 new in the stores. The lady swore to my mother in law that it worked it just needed a new battery. Well it did work, but it was not the battery. After severals hours of Wink and I tearing it apart we finally found a wire on the pedal that had coroaded off. Gotta love Poquoson. But he was able to fix it and the next day away the kids went. It still needs a new gear shifter but it does run and is pretty cool. This one brings our power wheel total to 5 now although the smaller 4 wheeler is out of commission right now. The switch in the pedal got stuck and took Alexis for a wild ride. Thank God we ALWAYS made them wear their full face helmets on that one. It was fast!!!
Anyway, here is the beast. It fits both of them comfortably. It is almost a little to big for Zack. But I wouldnt dare tell him that.
He does a good job driving it though. Alexis is pushing on the gear shift to keep it in high gear:)
Alexis' turn to drive. We always run for cover when ever she drives any of the power wheels. And yes, that is a dance costume the girlie girl wanna be is wearing!!!
She is trying to drive and hold the gear shifter. (I am up on the deck out of harms way.)
