A Day at Busch

In July my mom and I decided to take Alexis, Zack and Baby Alex to Busch Gardens for the day. A 3 to 2 ratio with the kids in the lead was sure to make for a long day. We ended up meeting up with Mike and his oldest daughter for a bit and they helped a lot with keeping up with the kids. Of course it was one of the hottest days of the year at that point, but the kids had a lot of fun.
The newest attraction to BG is the Sesame Street section of the park. And the best part of it according to the kids is the little water play area. That is where all of these pictures were taken.

This is the child that doesnt like to have a bucket of water poured over her head in the tubby to get the shampoo out. Every time I turned around she was standing under the strong stream of water.

I am not sure how often the show runs, but every so often they turn off the water and the characters come out onto a stage and sing and dance. (I think we saw the show three times while we were in the water.)
This is Baby Alexis watching the show with Grandma Cookie behind him.

My two watching the show. No mind you, the water in this area is no deeper than an inch or two and they are soaked!!!

Baby Alex really didnt know what to think of the water. It took him a long time to warm up to it. And to think...I almost took all three kids to WC by myself.

And here she is again back under the waterfall.

I was trying to get a decent picture of Zack, but the sun was so bright that day. He had to close one eye just to be able to look at me.

Baby Alex again. Warming up a little to the water. Needless to say, he wasnt as soaked as my two when we left this area.
