Nothing

At 3:15 last night or technically this morning I woke up and peeked out the window...NOTHING. At 5:35 when Winks alarm went off I peeked out the window again...STILL NOTHING. I turned on the news and all of the Southside was closed and even Hampton and Newport News Schools were closed. (but I am a 12 month employee so I had to work) I thought it was crazy but I went to work anyway. It was not until about 9:15 this morning that I realized the storm was late and due to hit our area in a couple of hours. So I waited...NOTHING!!! It is now 11:00 pm and not even a dusting of snow. I was so disappointed. My neighbor text me earlier today and asked me what kind of snow dance I did; apparently the wrong one!!! Maybe next time.

My dad called me tonight and he had 3 inches in Western North Carolina, Raleigh had 7 inches and Rocky Mount had 5-6 inches. Thanks for hogging all the snow guys!! You could have shared some with us. I hope everyone is ok at least.
