We Created a Monster (or Two)

In July some friends of ours turned us on to a wonderful, yet addicting, website known as http://www.modfiedpowerwheels.com/. I quickly learned why men want kids:) The recipe: 1 - 6volt Power Wheels Go Cart, 2 - 12 volt batteries, and 1 - BRAVE little boy. The result:

I will say that Zack took the go cart naturally. But once we gave him speed he only wanted more. So Wink kept working at it, and cleaned up the go carts appearance and made some more modifications and the end result was a brand new, FAST, go cart.

And then came the second Not so Smart Idea of the summer. The recipe: 1 - very old Jeep Power Wheels, 2 - 12 volt batteries, and a very RECKLESS little girl. The result:

Alexis was dangerous when she was first learning to drive the Jeep.

I will come back to the adventures of the Modified Power Wheels at a later time, but for now I will leave you with what has to be my favorite picture from the summer.

It looks like FEAR in Zacks eyes. And the funny thing it is not of the speed:) Zack actually thought Titan was after him. And needless to say, Titan HATES the power wheels.
