Grocery Cart Speakers

So my family is always commenting on how well behaved the kids are in public. They always want to know if they ever act up. Well this by no means is a story of them being BAD, but just not their normal quiet selves.

I took them to Walmart this past Sunday by myself while Wink was working. I figured if we went around lunch I could get them each a cup of Popcorn Chicken and that would keep them busy while I picked up a few things. Things didnt work out that way!!! The two of them were sitting in the grocery cart eating their chicken and icees when they must of gotten bored. So its starts with them basically stabbing at each other with their plastic forks. Then it turns to the "He said, she said" game. Next it is the outright giggles and once they start giggling it is hard to get them to stop. Oh, and dont forget the attempt at the quiet game. And I must add that it was Zack that failed miserably!!! I felt like a broken record. Alexis stop, Zack be quiet. Stop hitting, sit still, etc. Finally, as we are approaching the cashiers Alexis breaks out into a song. A man walks by and says to me, "I didnt know the carts came with speakers!!!" I could have died right then and there. And Alexis was just laughed and smiled.

So to my family...here you go. I know it is not the typical screamin child, but for my kids it was definitely unusual.
